Smoking Wood Chunks – Mesquite
Wood Chunks are used to add individual smoke flavours to food and are best used for Low & Slow cooking as the larger pieces of wood will smolder for longer, giving a sustained smoke to your food. Mesquite is popular in southern USA and has a tangy smokey flavour. It works well with larger cuts of meat such as Brisket and Leg of Lamb. Pre-soak before use.
